The Recovery Operator is responsible for batch operation of recovery and load-out equipment

Responsibilities
• Train on and safely execute tasks of the Recovery Operator
• Perform recovery operations such as weighing and charging raw materials
• Operate and monitor recovery equipment and support operations
• Record operations data and perform in-process sampling and lab tests
• Maintain responsible areas in a clean and orderly state
• Perform formulation/load-out operations
• Accurately load finished product into designated containers
• Monitor heavy utilities during off-shifts
• Adhere to plant safety and environmental procedures
• Interact with staff at all levels and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements
• High school diploma/GED
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to drive a forklift
• Ability to handle 50 lb. packages
• Flexibility to handle multiple tasks
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member
• Cooperative and service-oriented attitude
• High level of initiative
• Knowledge of MS Office products
• Micro- and Ultra-Filtration experience preferred
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Completion of required exams/skills testing
• Experience with Delta V or similar control system preferred
• Experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
• Relevant technical trade degree preferred
