Digital Marketing Manager, Programmatic Affiliates

We are seeking a strong expert in affiliate marketing with experience in Media Alpha and Commission Junction.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead programmatic digital affiliate channels to include daily optimizations, roadmap and performance goals

Own vendor, agencies and partner relationships to deepen partnership and drive towards opportunities

Outreach, recruitment and onboarding of new partners to increase scale of the program

Collaborate with cross functional teams to include data science, analytics and product to ensure a seamless end to end experience for prospects

Perform in-depth analysis as needed of platform level performance and optimization insights
-
Advance our programmatic affiliate program to a more innovative and mature state

Create affiliate marketing testing roadmap, inclusive of creative, offers, commission tiers, and messaging
Basic Qualifications:
-
3+ years of hands on experience with Media Alpha and/or Commission Junction

Detail and data oriented in understanding performance drivers
-
Knack for fostering partnerships and communicating overall business goals
Preferred Qualifications:

Performance and growth oriented mind set with a passion for affiliate marketing

Highly analytical and not afraid to dig into large amounts of data to inform insights and optimizations

Know how to have fun, think big and get things done
