Who we are
With 30 locations throughout the U.S. and treatment options available virtually, ERC Pathlight meets patients where they’re at to offer innovative, compassionate and comprehensive treatment for eating disorders, as well as mood, anxiety and trauma-related disorders.
We were founded in 2008 by pre-eminent psychiatrists and psychologists and treat 6,000+ patients per year. With the critical need for mental health care and eating disorder treatment, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, we’re looking for passionate and qualified professionals who will live out our mission to help save the lives of our patients.
What you’ll be doing
In a corporate role at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of a team that not only drives the mission but introduces it to prospective patients, family members of those in need of care and medical professionals who refer their patients.
This is by no means a behind-the-scenes” role, as your work will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:
Oversee regional PRL team and guide strategy for Eating Recovery Center / Pathlight Behavioral Health Programs
Demonstrate awareness of daily census and work with PRL regional team to handle census driven issues and blockers to admission
Develop and execute annual marketing plan and calendar with assigned regional PRL team
Adherence to and communication of approved marketing budget that facilities efficiencies and strategic planning
Guide performance of PRL team through review of individualized Sales Force dashboards
Provide training to assigned regional PRL team in order to increase effectiveness and performance
Provide 1:1 supervision/coaching to each PRL team member
Utilize Sales Force CRM, provide monthly reports identifying referral sources, admissions, dispositions and trends
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of healthcare sales/outreach experience
Experience managing sales/outreach reps
Clinical certification, e.g. LCSW, LPC, RD, or related preferred
Knowledge and experience with the Chicago market and the ability to oversee all Midwest operations

The range provided is for Colorado-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than CO may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. Pay range: $100,000-140,000 base plus bonus
