With 30 locations throughout the U.S. and treatment options available virtually, ERC Pathlight meets patients where they’re at to offer innovative, compassionate and comprehensive treatment for eating disorders, as well as mood, anxiety and trauma-related disorders.

We were founded in 2008 by pre-eminent psychiatrists and psychologists and treat 6,000+ patients per year. With the critical need for mental health care and eating disorder treatment, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, we’re looking for passionate and qualified professionals who will live out our mission to help save the lives of our patients.

What you’ll be doing

In a corporate role at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of a team that not only drives the mission but introduces it to prospective patients, family members of those in need of care and medical professionals who refer their patients.

This is by no means a “behind-the-scenes” role, as your work will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:

• Provide sophisticated reporting and analytics to internal stakeholders.
• Deliver monthly, weekly and ad hoc reporting that supports departmental and organizational goals
• Analyze results, communicate findings and make recommendations to Marketing Leadership, Managers and Executives.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources, such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Eating Recovery Center’s data warehouse, and call center platform to provide sophisticated analyses
• Perform ad-hoc deep-dive analytics to understand results and opportunities.
• Evaluate existing processes and develop digital solutions to reduce manual work, drive self-service while enhancing analytic capabilities.

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

• Advanced MS Excel proficiency

• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

The range provided is for Colorado-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than CO may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. Pay range: $70,000-$80,000
