Eastex Tower Llc Looking for Project Coordinator at Longview, TX Full Time

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to assist company management and field based personnel in daily tasks, assuring effectiveness, efficiency, and organization.

Essential Functions:

• Coordinate, document, and manage the closeout package compilation process
• Drive progress and production and align resources to meet goals
• Maintain reporting on key performance indicators
• Collect and review documentation
• Quality check all construction drawings, photos, engineering submittals, and material needs
• Perform detailed review of final documents
• Work with other team members to troubleshoot missing documentation and correct discrepancies
• Document closing package progress throughout the process
• Other administrative responsibilities as necessary

Competencies:

• Organizational/time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite-Outlook
• Proactive and able to grasp new processes quickly
• SAGE and PAYCOM experience preferred
• Detail oriented

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities; Reports to Office Management/Staff and or the President of the organization.
Work Environment:
This position can be conducted remotely, via a home office.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit at a desk and use hands to type on a keyboard and handle office supplies and materials, such as phones, papers, boxes, files, paper, scissors, 3-hole punch, stapler, calculator, pens, etc. The employee frequently is required to get up out of desk to file, or walk to different areas of the office, warehouse, and yard.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, with a minimum of 40 hours and maximum of 45 hours per week (Overtime must be approved by a manager). Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8am 5pm. One- hour lunch break is allowed daily.
Preferred Education & Experience:
Due to the nature of this position, EasTex Tower prefers candidates to have at least two years of prior administrative or project management experience in the construction industry. Business and construction management coursework is a plus.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

• Clear MVR and a valid drivers license (CDL a plus)
• Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
