Brief Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the delivery of candidates to meet recruiting demands as it aligns to the business plan and growth strategy for the business. As a subject matter expert in this area, this individual is accountable for full life cycle recruiting, ensuring that all steps in the Senior Recruiter process are compliant with company policy, state and federal guidelines.
