The practices we serve depend on us to guide them as they plan for the future. As a result, our Marketing Hub Team is growing! We are in search of a Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator to join us in helping to make sure our members have a top-notch Digital Marketing presence.

This is a fully remote opening – and will be forever! DVM Elite is a 100% virtual company so you get to work from home permanently, with no regular travel required.

What you’ll get to do

You will get to use your marketing savvy to serve our members by . . .

• Developing, planning, and managing a multi-channel Digital Marketing strategy and schedule for our client base.
• Planning and assisting with creating content for Social Media (organic and paid), Email Marketing, Newsletters, and Web presence for each medical specialty we serve.

• Create and manage Google My Business Strategy for member practices.

• Tracking and analyzing results and trends related to online marketing, making changes and recommendations necessary.

• Providing leadership and guidance to other team members.

• Designing or improving process and workflow, and conducting QA of content.

• Working with member-facing Account Managers to ensure proper communication of Digital Marketing strategies and results, meeting with members directly as needed.

What you should bring to the Team

Your background should include . . .

Education & Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field, and at least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing (or equivalent combination of education and experience) required.

• Professional Certificates in Digital Marketing, Analytics, Project Management, and SEO are a plus!

• Prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency strongly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Strong ability to identify target audiences and drive campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, trends and analytics.

• Advanced knowledge of SEO, Google My Business, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

• Project Management capabilities and experience leading small teams are musts!

Hours & Availability

This is a full-time opportunity at approximately 40 hours per week. In general, you should be available to communicate and collaborate with your team, other internal counterparts, and sometimes clients, during regular business hours in your time zone.

Location Requirements

This role is open to candidates authorized to work in the United States and whose permanent address is in one of the following states: AZ, CA, FL, GA, MI, MN, NC, PA, TX, WI, IL. Unfortunately, if your permanent residence is not in one of these states, we are not able to consider you for an opening at this time.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting pay rate will be $27-$30/hour, DOE/Q. Paid time off, a retirement savings plan with company match, paid holidays, and bonus opportunities are available for eligible employees. New benefits offerings will soon be available as well! At the present time, DVM Elite does not offer health benefits.
