Position Overview
The Digital Content Administrator will assist the Digital Marketing Team with the execution
of digital requests, including content for Social Media, Loyalty, Website and additional
digital campaigns.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Manage the digital content calendar and content request documents, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging:
Build and manage the Digital Content Calendar by communicating and coordinating with key stakeholders on the Digital Marketing Team
Manage all digital assets and requests in Marketing Asset Guide
Be the main point of contact for all digital content needs to ensure sites and channels have timely, relevant content that appeals to our customers
Perform site content audits and help maintain and facilitate content removals
Coordinate with internal and agency partners to create and evaluate original content and production material related to photography and videography, ensuring the creative vision is realized:
Create and provide project briefs (shot lists, storyboards & styling notes) to ensure deliverables are met by agency partners
Adhering to strict deadlines, ensuring that they are met by scheduling due dates and tracking content
Work in partnership with social media team to curate original content for use on social and digital platforms
Work with Marketing team, Operators and local management to coordinate local shoots at various locations in the US
Evaluate the produced materials to ensure that it aligns with digital content and company standards
Prepare final assets and oversee the cross departmental work flows between digital marketing & marketing team stakeholders:
Ensure all assets are dropped in the appropriate folders and documents
Manage content assets within the internal image management system
Ensure key Marketing stakeholders are aligned and up to date on monthly content drops to the monthly materials folder
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, or 4 additional years of experience, required.
1-2 years of digital marketing experience required
Experience working with internal/external agencies and vendor partners preferred.
