• Configure and set up mechanical power presses or hydraulic presses
• Safely operate press machinery and monitor production runs
• Conduct thorough inspections of produced parts
• Perform routine maintenance on presses
• Maintain accurate records of setups, operations, and inspections
• Adhere to all safety protocols

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Press Setup Operator in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in setting up and operating presses
• Strong understanding of steel coil processing, work instructions, and production standards
• Detail-oriented mindset with focus on precision and quality
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on press machinery
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to read blueprints and use measuring equipment
