JOB TYPE: Full Time

LOCATION: Remote from Missoula, MT. No travel required.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Be part of a team supporting the Enterprise Geospatial Portal, a 24/7/365 mission-critical application suite used to protect life, property, and our forest / grassland ecosystem
• Perform system maintenance tasks, develop minor application feature enhancements, and integrate new data sources as mission requirements evolve
• Troubleshoot system errors and restore services for real-world operations
• Contribute to the evolution of the current system into a Cloud environment

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 4+ years’ software product development experience using Microsoft Web / .NET technologies (C#, ASP.Net, MVC, SQL, Entity Framework, JavaScript, MVC, CSS; UI frameworks such as Bootstrap and AngularJS)
• 4+ years’ experience with web services, REST APIs, AJAX, XML and JSON
• Must be able to pass federal background check for a position of public trust
• Verifiable US Citizenship required. No green card holders can be accepted.

• Previous use of Telerik
• Experience using Fortify or other secure code application testing tools
• 2+ years’ experience with implementing Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Power BI, and Dynamics
• Use of penetration testing tools
• Microsoft Azure certifications
• Security+ Certification or other secure coding certifications
• Knowledge of Systems Security Engineering fundamentals in NIST SP 800-160

Salary Range: $70,000-109,000 Depending upon experience
