Doyen Search Group has been engaged by a global leader in luxury hotels, resorts, and residences to recruit an Executive Chef for their property in New York City.

We seek Executive Chefs with proven leadership experience who thrive in the world of five-star hotels and Michelin rated restaurants. The ideal individual understands that theguest-experience is what drives everything. They are an expert in diplomacy and in working cross-functionally with other departments that have shared, or even competing goals. A strong financial acumen is critical to success, along with the ability to inspire and motivate a loyal team. Experience with Japanese cuisine will be a major plus. Additional experience in exclusive private clubs preferred.

This position is ideal for a current Executive Chef with the long-term goal of taking on Regional Chef responsibilities and growing a global brand.
