Responsibilities:
Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients
Working as part of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed
Ensuring that all staff have a safe and pleasant work environment at all times
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and prep
Ensuring that all food that they produce is equal to or above the minimum set standards
Ensuring astute portion control, wastage control, and adhering to par levels in their department
Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes
Communicates any food or people-related issues to the Kitchen Manager or General Manager in a timely manner
