As Director – Raise Your Hand you will be responsible for leading, managing, directing and supervising employees responsible for handling a highly visible company-wide Video Employee Process Improvement program. The employees conduct research and analyzes suggestions, specifically reviewing enhancement opportunities or breakage points in DIRECTV and DIRECTV STREAM process, policies, and systems to drive improvements to the customer and frontline experience. In addition, you will be responsible for suggestions and recommendations as to the hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, or other change of status for subordinate staff.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for leading and orchestrating of process improvement submissions including review of submissions, identification of breakage points in process, policies, and systems, analysis of trends, collaborating with partners for a solution and managing solutions to completion as applicable.
Directs the planning, developing, and implementing techniques for ensuring the maintenance of quality levels using accurate methods, procedures, and processes.
Assesses and may lead projects to analyze risks and costs and makes related recommendations. Identifies the method and process deficiencies that may inhibit effectiveness.
Directs the proposed policies, procedures, systems, forms, and reports among all locations and departments.
Provides direction for defining process flows, business rules, and user requirements. Where applicable, works with outside vendors to identify/schedule programs and support materials.
Directs the development and implementation of operational performance metrics, process control points, and results management.
Establishes performance measurements for processes based on analysis.
Identifies and implements process improvement plans designed to increase customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.
May oversee quality, method and procedures and process improvement project teams and related incentive programs.
Reviews quality control practices and procedures to ensure those quality standards are upheld.
Writes, rewrites and or edits documents such as technical procedure manuals, user manuals, programming manuals, service manuals, operational specifications, and related technical publications to communicate clearly and effectively technical specifications and instructions to a wide range of audiences.
Provides coaching and development to Process Improvement Managers. Performs all personnel management activities for subordinates including recruitment, training, performance evaluation and salary management.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or related experience preferred
Experience: Previous Raise Your Hand Team experience preferred
