Dillys is looking for friendly and motivated server with bartending experience to take excellent care of our guests. Dillys is a fun, fast paced restaurant with family dining and a full bar. Must work well under stress as when serving there is a lot of multi-tasking involved.
Requirements:
Part Time Position
Display Professional, Positive, and Friendly Attitude.
Have a Basic Knowledge of Dining Room and Service Procedures and Functions.
Possess knowledge of Beer, Wine, and Liquor.
Available to Work a Flexible Schedule.
Perform Other Duties and Responsibilities as Required or Requested.
Must Be at Least 21 Years of Age and have an Indiana Employee Alcohol Permit or be able to obtain one prior to starting.
Shifts start at 3:30 pm until 10pm Monday – Thursday and 3:30pm to 11pm on Friday and Saturday.
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $2.25/hour.
