Position Overview

Work at a growing advertising agency in NYC celebrating its 102nd anniversary. Help manage the day-to-day operations for Social Media platforms, with a focus on government and education clients. Oversee important campaigns focused on getting out the vote, sustainability, and protecting human rights as well as student enrollment and new degree programs to help people succeed in their careers. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a passion for digital advertising and media buying and who works well in a fast-paced environment.

The Paid Social Manager will own the execution, optimization, and reporting on social media advertising channels for clients. You will work with a best-in-class digital team to ensure effective campaign delivery.

What You Will Accomplish

• Set up campaigns on various social platforms to reach target audiences.

• Manage, and efficiently set up budgets, goals, creative, languages for awareness, traffic and lead gen driven campaigns through paid social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and LinkedIn).

• Work with platforms if issues arise with creative approvals and help problem solve. Reach out to appropriate representatives.

• Independently perform pacing reviews and daily ad optimizations while monitoring and reporting out on trends in key performance metrics.

• Conduct in-depth channel analyses, draw actionable insights from data, and share with the team relating to objectives, creative performance, demographics, reach and frequency, etc.

• Manage relationships with internal teams at Miller including creative, reporting and analytics.

• Create reports and provide analysis on key metrics by platform.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in Social Media advertising.

• Direct experience working with the Facebook Ads platform.

• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously and accurately.

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, comfortable working with data.

• Proficiency in Google Suite, including Documents, Sheets, and Slides. Knowledge of Google Data Studio and/or Datorama helpful.

• Experience in digital performance marketing managing social campaigns for multiple clients.

• Intensely data-driven in your approach to solving problems, with a persistent desire to analyze, understand, and take action.

• Ability to independently prioritize time, staying organized in a fast-paced work environment.

Compensation

$65,000 to $80, 000

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
