Responsibilities: We will lean on you to play a key role in the organization and support of our Human Resources team. You’ll have the opportunity to provide additional support in the areas of recruiting, hiring and onboarding, benefits, learning, maintaining employee files, HR communication and employee relations.

Compensation: The salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000, dependent on experience. This position is benefits eligible. Benefits include comprehensive health, wealth, and well-being benefits. Under Ownership of the company is held in an ESOP Trust, which is funded entirely by company contributions, and all employees participate. This is designed as a long-term retirement benefit, with the employees’ accounts increasing as the value of the business increases.
