This role is responsible for leading and managing efficient team operational items for the US Employee Lifecycle Events (ELE) team. This includes, but is not limited to, leading efforts related to defined service delivery timeframes, operations scorecard, performance and operational metrics, resources, and financial management in close conjunction with USI ELE as well.
