We are a well-established, residential homebuilder drafting company. We are looking to fill a civil drafting position.
This is an in-house position; REMOTE CANDIDATES NEED NOT APPLY.
ONLY candidates who meet the criteria below will be considered
Qualifications / Responsibilities:
– At least 2 years experience working as a professional drafter in the following: for a valley home builder, drafting company, architectural firm, or civil engineering firm
– Proficient in AutoCAD
– Detail-oriented with understanding and interpretation of architectural drawings
– Ability to work from site plans, utility plans, plat maps, architectural plans, etc. to produce drawings in AutoCAD on multiple projects simultaneously
– Ability to utilize sketches, notes, and other input material to complete drawings with minimal supervision
– Draw footprints from architectural plans to create lot specific Plot Plans
– In addition to AutoCAD, must have proficient knowledge of office productivity software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Requirements:

– Capable of working on a team or independently to meet required deadlines
Experience:
1 to 3 years of related professional experience – required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
