Job Summary

Position will provide direct support of Air Force Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC) Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Program Manager (PM) in developing AFCEC/CFSD fuel infrastructure project packages. Includes development of all facets of Statement of Work, Requests for Funding, and Coordination with Base Personnel for contractor access. Responsible for document management which includes management of contractor deliverable s including material submittals, coordination with the Title II oversight for prompt review, and review distribution to the project team.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to AFCEC Program Manager/Contract Officer Representative.
• Assist in development of new Requirement Documents for inclusion in future Request for Proposal packages for construction/repairs.
• Conduct Technical Evaluations, review proposals and prepare technical evaluation documents
• Review API 653 reports and provide input to Program Manager.
• Assist with Construction Submittal Reviews, prepare responses and questions and process submittal back to Contractor.
• Develop funding and real property documents.
• Provide project status updates through the Quick Base Data Management Tool.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work on different initiatives.
• Occasional travel to project location(s).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Note: 6 yrs experience qualifies for Bachelor’s Degree requirement)
• 12 years’ experience of Construction Support / 7 years’ experience of Fuel Systems
• NACI Background Check for Common Access Card
