SUMMARY: Lead human resources functions including people operations and recruiting for the DAWSON operating companies. Ensure compliance with law, regulation, and policy as appropriate for a federal government contractor. Lead employee relations efforts and ensure that DAWSON’s culture of kuleana, ‘ohana, and aloha is fostered and perpetuated and that every member of the ‘ohana is supported and enabled to deliver their best performance for DAWSON’s customers. DAWSON is a rapidly growing organization, and this role is responsible for ensuring policies and procedures are developed and implemented that will support that growth.

Salary – $125,000 – $200,000 annually
This is a remote position with some travel required.
