Curio Wellness Looking for Manufacturing Excellence Manager at Towson, MD Full Time

What You’ll Do:

You will be responsible for driving standardization, improvements and loss elimination in the Organization. You will be the key coach and influencer to all levels of the Organization. Your experience and understanding of end to end value streams and losses is a must in this role.

• Partner with the VP of Compliance in creating the Manufacturing Excellence roadmap for the Organization
• Create and drive loss analysis for the Organization and help prioritization of Kaizens and focused improvement projects
• Support the implementation of site improvement programs, including:
  • Gemba, 5s, Visual Factory, SMED, Center-lining, Autonomous Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance, Kanbans, Standard Work and Kaizen workshops
• Design functional training programs for Manufacturing Excellence and deliver appropriate coaching to successfully deploy:
  • Partner with HSE, Education & Training, Marketing and Sales on loss tools
  • Partner with Finance personnel to evaluate project savings estimates, validate reported ROI benefits, and ensure accurate accounting of Productivity.
• Able to drive sustainable results in performance improvement
• Audit Processes and systems and coach on driving losses to zero
• Data collection and analysis to track and trend KPIs & KPAs
• Drive Best in Class Manufacturing Excellence Culture
• Implement Leadership coaching on the floor and Leadership standard work for the Organization

What You’ll Need:

You will have a degree in Business Management, Industrial Management, Operations Management or similar field, 7+ years of operational experience or a combination of education and experience. Your experience with operational excellence (OPEX), total productive maintenance (TPM), integrated work systems (IWS), hygiene manufacturing Excellence (HME), lean manufacturing, manufacturing excellence (MANX) and/or Toyota production systems (TPS) will be needed in this role. Your attention to detail and self-driven attitude will help with the analysis part of this role.
