ESSENTIAL DUTIES-
Manage vehiclesandtraffic controlat each entrance/exitwithin the Crystal Mountainparking lots.
Assist all customers with moving in and out of vehicles spots
Provide Guidance on which way vehicles should be parking within your assigned lot (north-south/ east-west).
Maintaindailycount of all vehiclesand report when required
Maintainfrequent communication with your parking supervisor,
Identify and report all customers violations to your duty supervisor as needed.
Perform regular patrols within your assigned parking lot, andaidvisitors to locatetheirvehicleE.I lockouts,battery jumping’s, pulling out of parked spot.
Manage and resolve all customer queries
Set up and tear downof assigned lot.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
Outdoor parking experiencein extreme weather conditions
Must be 15 years of age or older
ar and concise verbal and written communicationskills
Excellent customer service skills
Self-motivated, able to maximize use of time and resources provided to them.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests,other employees,Supervisors.
Working outside in adverse weather conditions for long periods of time
This position is required to workdays, evenings, weekends and holidays while in operation.
Strong ability to drive in all types of weather conditions
Adapt to dailylot conditions changesdue to snowpack or large volumes of customers for a specific day
Ability to remove or shovel snowto increase additional lot space for parking.
Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 20 poundsof equipmenton an occasional basis.
Ability to work for extended periods of time standing,bending, reaching,walking, kneeling, pushing and pulling.
Ability tospeakand orengage withguests, employees and supervisors daily, along withhaving working knowledge of Crystal Mountain.
