• Preparing conceptual Pool and Landscape designs for client presentation
• Coordinating with design and construction teams to provide accurate plans and details
• Rendering and 3D illustration of plans
• Developing landscape plans in collaboration with design professionals
• Ensuring client expectations are met and following up on design details
Requirements
• Higher level of competency with CAD 2009 or newer
• Design, Landscape, Pool & Spa, and/or Construction background a plus
• Basic Microsoft Office competency
• Time management, punctuality, and professional appearance
• Reliable transportation
• Drive to learn/adapt to landscape/construction industry
