The digital marketing specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Corefact and its products and/or services. The digital marketing specialist plays an important role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
The digital marketing specialist also identifies and evaluates new digital technologies and uses Web analytics tools to measure site traffic to optimize marketing campaigns, such as email marketing, social media, and display and search advertising.
The digital marketing specialist will work closely with designers and copywriters to maximize campaign efficiency and will report to the VP of Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Build strong clients relationships through email communication.
Assist with developing digital marketing campaigns and strategies to grow organic traffic, constantly seeking keyword and content opportunities.
Execute digital marketing audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign reviews.
Meet deliverable deadlines, while proactively communicating expectations to the rest of the team.
Create and improve marketing campaigns through analysis of campaign data.
Stay up to date with digital marketing best practices, in addition to collaborating with the internal team on which techniques and strategies are working best.
Execute continuous improvement of campaign management and campaign performance standards.
Assist with product and content taxonomy and web page tagging to achieve strong SEO.
Build strong relationships with peers, other departments, and managers to best meet company goals and objectives.
Desired skills:
Proficiency in SEO and marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Proficiency in office software such as G Suite.
Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn posting schedules and graphic specifications for commercial marketing standards, rules, and regulations for the real estate industry
Experience with Facebook and Twitter Ad standards, specifications, and regulations for the real estate industry
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other data-oriented platforms
Ability to use raw information and data to create a digital marketing strategy
Strong understanding of HTML
