Digital Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support Consolidated Supply’s marketing and communications efforts through strategic management of websites, social media and email campaigns that reflect the company’s mission and brand. Through this position we seek to build awareness, increase engagement, and educate internal and external customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage company social media: lead the planning, research, writing, designing of creative assets, and posting of brand-driven messaging across all Consolidated Supply marketing channels.
• Monitor community feedback and alert team of opportunities to tap into emerging social conversations or new technology
• Manage boosted posts and report on their performance
• Launch and manage events on social media
• Update CSCO websites and intranet
• Manage the creation and day-to-day of CSCO’s social properties
• Monitor performance and provide recommendations to ensure all marketing efforts are performing at optimal capacity
• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns by collaborating across business units and gathering content
• Manage company-wide marketing calendar and disperse for optimal visibility
• Build effective emails and campaigns that inspire action and involvement
• Write content for CSCO websites with brand-infused copy that reinforces our mission
• Report on analytics. Regularly review the results of digital marketing efforts and report any successes or shortcomings
• Make recommendations on ways to improve or increase the success of marketing efforts
• Work with the marketing committee to develop strategy, concepts, and ideas for the promotion and marketing of CSCO and play an active role in executing them.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required in marketing or business preferred, or related field
• Minimum of one to three years of experience performing a wide variety of digital marketing functions, including email marketing, content creation, and social media management
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience launching and overseeing social media campaigns
• Strong time management skills
• Experience using content and social media management systems as well as content optimization for SEO
• Experience with web and social media analytics and reporting
• Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS
• MS Office proficiency
• Basic graphic design skills
• Comfortable presenting ideas and initiatives to stakeholders
