The IT Help Desk Technician provides technical computer and IT related assistance to employees in person, remotely, and by email and phone in support of all locations nationwide based on 24/7 call structure.

Provide technical computer and IT related assistance to employees in person, remotely, and by email and phone in support of all locations nationwide based on 24/7 call structure.
Work in coordination with the team to categorize, investigate, and escalate all incoming helpdesk tickets.
Establish strong working relationships with all staff.
Performs other duties and assigned.
Requirements:
3 years or more of helpdesk ticketing systems and IT experience required.
Knowledge of server and PC operating systems such as Windows 2008, 2012, Windows 7-10, Office 365, and active directory.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with users and systems administrative staff and to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical staff.
Ability to work independently as a self-starter and to work collaboratively with a team.
