Conditioned Air Design, Inc. is a well-established mid-sized HVAC contractor based in West Allis. For over 50 years we have been providing southeast Wisconsin with commercial HVAC service, design, installation, control and fabrication. We have developed long-standing relationships with customers, general contractors and vendors. We foster a fun, hard-working atmosphere that keeps our employees loyal as well.
We are currently seeking an experienced salesperson to join our service team. Preferred applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial HVAC sales and knowledge of commercial heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, hydronics, and control systems and components. Applicants must also possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as strong oral and written communication skills.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Cultivate new and maintain existing customer relationships
- Estimate and propose new service work
- Prepare and sell preventative maintenance agreements
- Manage project work from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
