Conditioned Air Design, Inc. is a well-established HVAC contractor based in West Allis. For over 50 years we have been providing Southeast Wisconsin with commercial HVAC design, installation, service, and fabrication. By specializing in commercial HVAC, we can provide a faster and better service than competing one-stop shops. We take the time and dedication to learn our client’s unique needs. We are looking to add a Project Manager Assistant to our team. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task different projects. Experience is preferred but we can train the right candidate!
Responsibilities
- Process permit applications and state plan approvals
- Subcontractor and vendor pricing and coordination for estimating as requested
- Track/coordinate estimates in estimate log
- Track/coordinate equipment delivery
- Gas service applications
- Perform computerized load calculations for state submittal
- Process warranty claims with vendors
- Prepare O&M manuals and close-out documents
- Schedule job site inspections with state and local inspectors
- Communicate regularly with sales engineers, technicians, vendors, subcontractors and municipalities
