Summary
The Logistics Supervisor reports to the Logistics Manager and is responsible for the daily operations of Courier Services, Receiving, Distribution, Inventory Control and Mail/Copy, which includes approximately 20 personnel. Responsible for the management of the Logi-D system to include hardware, software enhancements, cabinetry build, item build, locations, par management and order schedule triggers. responsible for the management of Workday application as it relates to receiving, inventory and mobile delivery. Responsible for staff evaluations, daily and weekly scheduling, primary resource for daily operations, customer relations, vendor relations, product conversions, equipment/furniture moves, project work and assisting with administrative aspects of operations.
Education
5 hours of required industry education within 1 year of hire.
Associate Degree preferred.
Certification, Registration & Licensure
None required.
Experience
Five years experience in field. Two years progressive supervisory experience. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team as well as be a team member.
