Reports to: Accounting Manager

SUMMARY

Daily and monthly system processing, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, sales tax filing, cash reconciliation and supporting the locations. The overall goal and expectation of this position is to perform various accounting processes, maintain point of sale accuracy, assist in projects and in overall efficiencies in the department accurately and efficiently.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for account accuracy and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
• Responsible for monthly journal entries and adjustments to ensure accuracy
• Evaluate and make recommendations for process efficiencies within both the store and the corporate area
• Keep a keen eye on functional touchpoints and looks for opportunities to streamline within business functions
• Partner with the business and functional areas
• Assist in preparing forecast, budgets and analyzing expenses
• Completes other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Accounting/Finance Degree or comparable experience
• Accountant: Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
• Senior Accountant: Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience; corporate experience a plus
• Hight level of integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
