The Relationship Manager is responsible for soliciting, negotiating, underwriting and coordinating the closing of major and complex commercial, commercial real estate, SBA, equipment and some consumer loans, in compliance with the Bank’s lending policies and procedures. They will develop business checking and deposit relationships with customers; while promoting business for Colonial Savings by maintaining good customer relations. The Relationship Manager is responsible for achieving, as established by the Bank, region and branch goals through active participation in sales management and officer call programs. They will ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures, as well as applicable state and federal banking regulations.
