Marketing Assistant Job Description

• Manage daily product documentation support requests across distributing platform and public website
• Support project trafficking of digital marketing requests in partnership with the Project Management team
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound digital marketing activities
• Support logistics planning and tactics in partnership with the Event & Digital delivery team.
• Own and deliver portions of divisional projects, as needed
• Maintain and drive personal project schedule, priorities and processing of materials
• Track, monitor and report weekly progress.
• Prepare, present or facilitate meeting materials and document/distribute meeting minutes.
• Collaborate and establish good working relationships with departments.
• Providing administrative support and project tasks, as needed.

Marketing Assistant Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field with a minimum of 1 year of marketing or equivalent related work experience.
• Must have experience working with Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Exposure to Project Management-type skills (ie: organization, coordinating project deadlines, meeting notes and task lists).
• Capacity to work remotely (email, conference calls & in person) with global and diverse teams.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to ask questions or manage-up.
• Demonstrated flexibility to manage tight deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $23.00 – $24.00 per hour
