As an integral member of the organization’s leadership team, the Rural Hospital Patient Financial Services Director will be largely responsible for the direction of daily and long-term operations of the hospital’s patient financial services department, handling all activities including patient account billing, credit/collections, receipt/payment/cash processing, and patient registration/admission. The Executive Director will collaborate with hospital leadership, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer CFO, to achieve organizational financial goals for accounts receivable days and collection on accounts.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Three or more years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare finance is required.
