Joining the Telecommunications Division at CLA – Atlanta provides the opportunity for individuals to explore these opportunities within a collaborative environment.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
The CORe Team provides client intake process to new clients and can identify applicable documents new clients are required to remit based on the type of service contracted for with CLA. Conduct intake calls with new clients explaining the new client intake process and answer any questions about the intake documents and required information. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure complete set up of client profile for a smooth transition all while maintaining constant communication with clients and internal teams. This team also completes Department of Revenue registrations as well as Secretary of State qualifications and annual renewals. Indirect Sales Tax Filings for new clients for the first 60 days after onboarding for services. Off-boarding of exiting clients for final filings and account closures.
