Description
The Cryptographic Security Engineer is a critical role in the Cryptographic Engineering and Automation team within the Chief information and Security (CISO) Office.
In this role, you will assist in operating and engineering enterprise cryptographic and data protection platforms. This includes providing subject matter expertise and operational support for certificate lifecycle management, PKI, encryption key management, API Security, and the characterization of cryptographic modules and implementations.
This technical position is both strategic and tactical in nature and will require you to have a solid technical background and the ability to build relationships and consult at many levels.
It will be critical that you will maintain current knowledge of modernized computing paradigms, cryptographic platforms, automation/orchestration frameworks, virtualization platforms, security threats, Agile methodologies, and operates critical cryptographic and data protection platforms that allow Citizens Bank to deliver the most secure and robust digital applications deployed within the organization and within the cloud.

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $75,000 – $85,000, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
