CircleLink Health Looking for Patient Care Ambassador at Remote Full Time

Overview
CircleLink Health is looking for passionate, outgoing and tech savvy individuals to help enroll Medicare patients in a monthly check-in program (Medicare’s Chronic Care Management Program). In this part time role (15-25 hrs per week), you will call eligible patients and encourage them to enroll in this program. Our program connects patients to registered nurses who will call them monthly to help them manage chronic diseases and prevent hospital admissions.
This is a fully remote role.
Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize our specialized enrollment software to call Medicare patients on behalf of their primary care provider

• Explain the program and the list of benefits for enrolling
• Answer any questions patients may have
• Encourage enrollment and overcome objections
• Record the outcome of calls into our software

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Fluent in English
• Strong communication and telephonic skills
• Personable, outgoing and compassionate.
• Passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes
• Organized and autonomous; comfortable working with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills and Abilities, but not required:

• Previous healthcare experience
• Previous experience in sales, call center, or outbound phone role
• Excel and google sheets experience
• Fluent Spanish

Scheduling and Other Requirements

• Private space to complete calls
• STRONG internet-connected computer
• Minimum of 15-25 hours of availability per week required
• You will submit your schedule on a weekly basis

• Work must be completed on weekdays between 9am-6pm
• This is a 1099 contract position with no end date. Care ambassadors are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.

Compensation:
Pay starts at $15.00/hr, with the opportunity to increase pay based on performance. Payment occurs biweekly via direct deposit.
