Summary:
A professional who utilizes the nursing process to assess, reassess, implement, coordinate and evaluate patient care activities, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Collaborate with other Clinical Associates and healthcare disciplines to meet individual needs using appropriate resources to insure safe, quality, cost-effective care. Nurtures a relationship with physicians, nursing staff, and other disciplines involved in the care of the patient/family.
Requirements:
· One year as hospital staff level LPN in assigned area
· Current Louisiana LPN license.
· BLS certification required.
