Responsibilities of the manager
· Coordinate daily front and back restaurant operations
· Inventory
· Ordering of inventory
· Payroll
· Cash balancing
· Tip distribution
· Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
· Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
· Scheduling: Organize and supervise shifts
· Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
· Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
· Manage restaurant’s image and suggest ways to improve it
· Train employees on proper customer service
Requirements
· Proven customer service experience as a manager or similar role
· Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
· Food protection manager certification
Supplemental Pay:
