We help organizations maximize the effectiveness of their marketing & sales efforts in order to achieve better engagement results ultimately driving more revenue for our customers. Using our proprietary segmentation & engagement tools we help our customers qualify leads, book meetings for sales reps, and grow their sales pipeline and customer base.

Job Summary

The Head of Marketing will manage a growing team and coordinate efforts for multiple brands across several industries. We’re looking for someone with experience in product, paid search, social, email, content, lead nurturing, PR, and trade show marketing. The successful candidate will be disciplined and able to execute against a high-level plan, but agile enough to adjust quickly.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree
• At least 5 years of marketing experience
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on mentality
• In-office work schedule

Responsibilities:

• Teach and motivate a team
• Coordinate and own the marketing calendar
• Work closely and productively with sales management
• Work closely with the product team to create messaging and content for new products & features
• Strategize with the leadership team and execute the plan
• Drive sales and own a revenue number
• Segment and analyze marketing performance across channels
• Nurture sales pipelines
• Nurture existing customers to increase retention and upgrades
• Nurture strategic partner relationships
• Lead event and trade show efforts
• Drive Trial sign-ups
