When you drive for CFI, you can count on:
- Solo drivers:
- Earn up to $0.56 cents per mile
- Average 118,800 miles a year
- Sign-on bonus of $500 for qualified solo drivers:
- Team drivers earn up to $0.73 cents per mile (split)
- Each driver is paid their pay rate for all miles the truck runs
- Top drivers earn $100K+ annually (each)
- Team sign-on bonus of $1,000 per team
- HAZMAT bonus: Earn an extra .06 per mile
- Practical mile pay

Qualifications:
- 21 years of age or older, with a Class A commercial driver’s license
- Have the right to work and live in the United States
- Be willing to travel throughout all 48 contiguous states for two to three weeks at a time
- 3 months minimum tractor-trailer driving experience
- No BACs, DUIs, DWIs or license suspensions for moving violations in the past five years
- Ability to meet work attendance and availability requirements and all applicable legal and DOT regulations to drive a commercial truck in the United States
- Ability to pass all applicable CFI certification class testing and requirements
