Current Offerings:
As a Nursing Assistant (CNA) at St Benedicts Long Term Care Community, you’ll find your purpose by bringing comfort and healing to our patients and residents.
You’ll work with a team of amazing healthcare professionals every day. You’ll join them to listen, then serve, guide, and heal.
This work is critical to helping patients maintain dignity while they heal. Whether this role is a long-term career choice or a path to other jobs in healthcare, you will find fulfillment in the lives you touch.
Being a Nursing Assistant requires a kind heart, caring hands, and the ability to balance assertiveness with understanding. Some of the people we help have cognitive and physical impairments and they rely on us. You’ll learn to prioritize and develop an incredible depth of knowledge. It’s not easy but it is rewarding- and the longer you do it, the better you’ll get.
Here are some ways you’ll serve those we care for:

Our roots go back to 1886 when St. Cloud Hospital was built to serve the health care needs of people living in Central Minnesota. In 1995, CentraCare was formed, which today includes eight hospitals in St. Cloud, Long Prairie, Melrose, Monticello, Paynesville, Redwood Falls, Sauk Centre and Willmar. We also have more than 30 clinics, 11 senior housing facilities and seven long-term care facilities throughout the area.
CentraCare has grown to meet the needs of the communities and is now one of the largest health systems in Minnesota. This means we are able to offer the latest advancements in care, technology and treatments close to home. But what makes CentraCare special is not our facilities or technology. It is our people. We live in the communities we serve. We are neighbors, friends and family. And when you need us, we are here for you.
