Minimum Qualifications: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid Florida’s driver’s license. Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
Preferred Qualification: Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred. One year of administrative experience.
Special Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Should also have excellent organizational skills, and feel comfortable working with a team and independently. Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills; self-directed and team oriented.
Reports to work as scheduled on a daily basis and performs assigned duties to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Provides customer service to clients, families, visitors and staff.
Organizes and maintains medical records.
Schedules psychiatrist appointments for clients.
Manages petty cash funds.
Manages assignment of company cars to staff.
Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Work Environment/ Physical Demands: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Position Type, Expected Hours of Work and Travel: This is a full time position; 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday work week. Flexible schedule!
