*Job Description:*
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), your role is pivotal in delivering high-quality patient care and support. You will:

* Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Help patients with mobility and positioning to ensure their comfort and safety.
* Monitor and document vital signs and report any changes in patient condition.
* Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
* Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to patients.
* Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to ensure holistic and patient-centered care.

*Qualifications:*
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

* Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Minnesota.
* At least 1 year of experience as a CNA, actively within the last 12 months.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to providing excellent patient care.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
* Travel experience preferred, not required.
