Seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to define the strategic approach to how we provide measurement solutions to help businesses understand the value of their marketing across platforms. This is an experienced role guiding a high-profile suite of products that requires the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence at the highest level. This person must be a flexible cross-functional team player who is comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
The PMM function serves as the representation of the market in Product and the representation of Product in the market. The ideal candidate will have experience closely partnering with product and sales leaders on developing portfolio-level product strategies across technical enterprise business tools and leading go-to-market strategy. Further, success in this position requires a strong understanding of how salespeople, agencies and businesses within the digital advertising ecosystem measure advertising performance. An understanding of the advertising measurement ecosystem is required, from both a technical and a strategic perspective.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have experience closely partnering with product and sales leaders on developing portfolio-level product strategies across technical enterprise business tools and will lead go-to-market strategy
Drive multi-year product strategies at the portfolio level and shepherd product development across ideation, alpha, beta and launch, working with Product, Engineering, Marketing Communications, and other cross-functional partners to bring our products to market and drive alignment internally
Identify product opportunities through customer interviews and qualitative and quantitative analysis
Produce market assessments including competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and product requirements
Work closely with the product management and engineering team to deliver world-class products, including driving prioritization decisions
Manage product alphas and betas to direct product refinements and identify critical customer needs that must be met by the product in order to launch
Lead the development of product positioning, materials, and training for sales and clients
Develop the go-to-market strategy for product releases across multiple teams, and be able to execute those plans
Support sales teams in handling customer questions on measurement tools and partner with engineering and product teams to coordinate troubleshooting these tools
Partner with Sales and Marketing Science leadership to set product adoption goals, develop execution strategies, track and analyze performance, and drive adoption of our measurement solutions
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent product marketing experience
6+ years experience in product marketing or equivalent experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams, either formally through reporting structure or informally through influence
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years experience across product marketing and consulting in the advertising space touching on both paid and organic marketing
Experience partnering closely with product teams to influence product strategy and roadmaps
MBA degree
