JOB DESCRIPTION
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the development, implementation, improvement, and support of the manufacturing processes for Caire. The individual must be performance driven, hands on, have technical understanding and organizational skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to process capability analysis, conducting process qualifications and validations, tooling design, and process cycle time/lean manufacturing. The Manufacturing Engineer will need to have a working understanding of process characterization tools and be able to leverage them across different technologies.?
