Make a difference; join our team. We have an upcoming opportunity to support a global FOUNDRY training effort supporting the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). This effort provides operationally focused “gap” training for U.S. Army intelligence Soldiers and units who are deploying and preparing to deploy. This effort also includes the development and maintenance of critical operational intelligence training systems critical to satisfying the necessary training requirements
More About the Role
• Provides subject matter expertise in instructional design, instructor development, and educational methodologies for improved performance of contractor cadre and support personnel.
• Manages instructor certification programs IAW DoD Manuals and Policies.
• Conducts research, develops guidance, and documents findings for program improvement.
• Attends program meetings and councils to maintain situational awareness of program developments; informs PM and TM of findings and subsequent tasking.
• Represents INSCOM and DA G-2 on Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence (USD(I)) DoD Intelligence Training and Education Board (DITEB) steering committee and working groups for learning architecture, strategic communications, and training metrics.
• Reviews DoD doctrine and policies related to Defense Intelligence Enterprise training and development.
• Serves as defense industry representative on USD(I) governance council.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
• 20-year military career (04 or higher)
• PMP Certification.
• Master’s degree in an engineering/ technical discipline from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 20 years or more of professional experience; or 18 years of professional experience with a related PhD. Viewed as the most senior authority in discipline.
• TS/SCI clearance
