As a product owner, you will take the lead role in many areas of product development, such as business strategist, product designer, market analyst, customer advocacy and project management. You are a technical person that requires understanding of the ins and outs of application design and development, agile framework, scrum practices, and technology infrastructure. You are directly accountable to business stakeholders for the product and are team oriented and internally focused.
This individual will oversee the deployment and adoption of collaboration tools like Microsoft 365, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Cisco Audio/Video, and Slack within our environment. This role combines technical and business skills with leadership talent to deliver collaboration, communication and process improvements for our employees, customers and partners. You must possess a curious mind and a passion for developing talent as you develop your team of Solution Engineers in our organization. An ability to prioritize outcomes and build consensus is essential to properly serve our Bremer employees. Ultimately, you’ll help us build and roll-out products that deliver to the company’s vision.
