Bradshaw Home is seeking an Assistant Manager of Human Resources, to join our Human Resource team, in our Rancho Cucamonga headquarters office. To work together to help drive a high performance culture at Bradshaw Home. To help with full cycle HR practices such as recruiting including ownership of applicant tracking system. Hiring and onboarding, act as a major contributor from a systems and process standpoint for Bradshaw’s performance management program, employee training programs as well as support of benefits programs, HR policies and programs, employee culture and employee engagement survey.
Specific responsibilities (but not limited to), the following:
Significant responsibility for the Bradshaw Home performance management process including annual, mid-year and other performance review processes, tools, training and integration into career development, incentive compensation.
Lead for Bradshaw applicant tracking system (ATS) for recruitment, hiring and integration into ADP payroll and other system.
Recruitment to fulfill needs of a growing, high performance culture in our Rancho Cucamonga Facility and Hudson Mass. Office, and outside remote locations.
Work with managers and payroll (ADP) in terms of new hire onboarding and onboarding automation.
Work with the HR team to facilitate employee engagement programs including annual survey.
Design, support, and lead Bradshaw employee training initiatives toward improved career development and growth for Bradshaw employees.
Understand and facilitate employee benefits program to ensure program understanding (i.e. health, workers comp., disabilities, leaves).
Contribute to processes, policies and procedures, toward a high-performance culture in compliance with Local, State and Federal law.
Design and provide support as needed for HR reporting and key metrics.
Partner with managers and the business to foster a positive, safe environment for staff across Bradshaw corporate staff and warehouse employees.
Candidate Profile
May manage one or more staff.
Bachelors degree in business or related area. An emphasis in HR is a plus with 6-10 years plus experience working in Human Resources ideally with warehouse employee experience.
Being fluent in Spanish is ideal
Must be hands on and technologically savvy.
Experience in developing and managing performance management programs.
Experience working with applicant tracking systems(ATS) as well as recruiting exceptional talent and building teams.
Experience with multiple levels of Local, State and Federal law compliance.
Experience working with a diverse employee base from a geographic, cultural and compensation range as well as experience working with temporary workers and agencies that provide them.
Proven track record of managing benefits programs.
Experience in a growing entrepreneurial environment, with a demonstrated ability to deal with complexity and limited resources. Has a sense of urgency and is prepared to “roll up the sleeves” to get the job done.
He/she has demonstrated an ability to create strong cross-functional relationships.
He/she has a positive energy that is contagious and will foster a “can do” attitude among the team. The successful candidate will proactively engage with the entire employee universe and proactively contribute to a high-performance culture.
