You will work with BCG consulting teams to help solve client’s operational challenges, and deliver customized diagnostics, knowledge assets, and analysis. In addition, you will support business development and go-to-market efforts, by working with proposal teams, to ensure that they have access to our latest content, and approaches. You will also work, with guidance from senior colleagues, on developing your topic/sector, for example, reflecting industry trends in our GTM approaches, developing intellectual property, and building and managing content on internal BCG websites. You will also contribute to and help deliver content at our Innovation Center for Operations, where we focus on Industry 4.0 and advanced manufacturing technology.
The candidate is expected to have knowledge in at least two or more of the following topics: Manufacturing & SC Strategy and benchmarking, Network design, Industry 4.0, Lean Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, Sustainability in Operations.

The Operations Practice Area is one of BCG’s seven functional practices. The Manufacturing & Supply Chain Topic Area is an expert network of knowledge team members and experienced consultants who help our clients on specific cases related to the functions and disciplines within the topic (e.g., end-to-end supply chain optimization, manufacturing & supply chain strategy, network optimization, digital operations, lean production systems, logistics, quality and maintenance & production engineering).
As a Knowledge Analyst you will collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients. Our team is made up of a diverse pool of knowledge positions that allow us to pursue exciting, innovative knowledge careers.
BCG’s Knowledge Team members have the opportunity to be staffed on cases and help co-create insights with case teams and clients through expert perspectives on industry trends, delivery of proprietary data or tools in a particular function and complex research and analysis of market information. KT members also support the PA’s business development and proposals and help to organize and codify the knowledge that enables BCG to deliver superior business value for its clients.
