Responsibilities
+ Initiating the first point of contact with our guests and setting the tone of the restaurant.
+ Welcoming guests into the restaurant with a professional, friendly, courteous, & helpful demeanor.
+ Assisting guests with making, confirming, & canceling reservations along with documenting any special requests
+ Welcoming guests into the restaurant with a professional, friendly, courteous, & helpful demeanor.
+ Seat guests at the proper table and time, display a sense of urgency & answer any questions or concerns from a guest.
+ After completing a comprehensive training program, hosts will be expected to execute proper phone, greeting & seating etiquette.

Qualifications
+ Hosts must be hospitable and approachable toward the guests at all times
+ Work well in a team environment
+ Display a spirit of hospitality
+ Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
+ Strong interpersonal & communication skills
+ Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
